Paradox 2

If a person promises to do something, then he or she has an obligation to do it.
If a person has an obligation to do something, then he or she can do it.
Some people make promises that they cannot keep.

In promising someone something, then an obligation, which you can fulfill, is made, but there are promises, and thus obligations, which they cannot fulfill.
